A Wise student from Batticaloa District, Haniya of Kattankudy, will answer our Questions today.
RG : Haniya, What you consider , you have did right in your time as an A level student?
HN : I’d say perseverance was my biggest strength. In the beginning, my grades weren’t good enough, but rather than getting frustrated or sticking to them, I decided to keep working toward my goal, which helped me do my best in the finals.
RG : What would you do differently if you get another chance as an A level student?
HN : I wouldn’t make any changes. Every experience taught me something and I’m grateful for all the blessings that came my way. I’m not saying I was perfect, but whatever I witnessed is more than enough!
RG : What is the most significant thing you would say for a current aspiring A level student?
HN : “Hard work beats talent.” No matter how talented others seem, with hard work and consistency, you can achieve greater! Just give your best and leave the rest to faith!
RG : What single technique or practice have helped you a lot in your journey?
HN : Time management made a huge difference. Since A levels are highly competitive, I practiced with a timer even at home, so I got used to working under time pressure. By finals, I felt calm and ready to handle the exam within the time limits.
